Ergün Tercan developed a tiered stylist structure to differentiate between the amount of experience and education among the different talent. Each level has goals and milestones that must be reached to attain the new title. Below, you will find the description of each level.

Prices vary among the Ergun Tercan stylist levels and are based on the amount of education and the level of experience described with each. Regardless of the level that you choose, you can be sure that you will receive superior service and an exceptional experience.

☆ NEW TALENT LEVEL

Carefully chosen licensed professionals who have also completed our advanced apprentice training program under Ergun Tercan.

☆ RISING STAR LEVEL

Licensed professionals (min. 2 years), who demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education.

☆ SHINING STAR LEVEL

Seasoned professionals who demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education, keeping them on the cutting edge of new techniques and trends.

☆ SUPER STAR LEVEL

Seasoned professionals who demonstrate a commitment to ongoing education by attending national and international programs keeping them on the cutting edge of new techniques and trends.

☆ ROCK STAR LEVEL

Our most experienced specialists, master stylists bring a rich experience to our clients and act as mentors for the Ergun Tercan team. They attend and conduct education programs internationally, bringing the newest of international techniques and styles to the salon and its clients.
